Which printable resins can hold a gasket seal through a realistic outdoor thermal cycle?
Where it stands
Six resins printed as identical enclosures, gasketed, and cycled between −10 and 60 °C for two weeks. Two held compression and seal. Four cracked, all of them at the screw boss, which is the stress concentration every one of these designs shares.
