We build physical things and publish what broke.
A design studio, laboratory and workshop for hardware that does not have a known answer yet. Circuits, robots, instruments.

What we have built
Four projects, documented as build stories — including the parts where it did not work.
Multi-Sensor-Embedded-Framework
An Arduino sensor framework — capacitive moisture, temperature, light and ultrasonic — built as a C++ object-oriented exercise, finished on a custom PCB.
Sunny the 4WD Robot
An Arduino 4WD rover that steers itself with a hand-rolled PID loop on gyro yaw data, with gains tunable live over Bluetooth. In build.
Autonomous-Environmental-Monitoring-and-Plant-Care-Robot
An Arduino planter that waters itself, refuses to run dry, and drives a 60-LED grow-light cycle. Watering only — nutrient dosing is planned.
Deadreckoner
An autonomous ground rover that holds a heading without GPS, using a fused IMU estimate and a closed-loop PID controller.
What is on the bench
Everything in progress, sorted by how finished it is. Unfinished ideas included.
Active Projects
Builds with a defined goal, currently on the bench.
4 entriesView →02Experiments
Short tests that answer exactly one question. Most never become projects.
4 entriesView →03Prototypes
Physical versions built to find out whether an approach holds up.
4 entriesView →04Unfinished Ideas
Logged, unbuilt, and still open. Some have been here a while.

Four scopes, priced up front. Start with an audit or go end to end.
Design Review & Engineering Audit
$500 – $950Fixed FeeEntry point. The lowest-friction way to start working together.
A focused engineering review of an existing design to identify technical risks, design issues, manufacturability concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Schematic review
- PCB / layout review
- Bill of Materials (BOM) review
- Design-for-manufacturing review
- Optional engineering review call
- Fast turnaround
Feasibility & Architecture Study
$1,000 – $2,500Fixed FeeBest for turning an idea into an engineering plan.
An early-stage technical assessment designed to determine how a physical system could be built before significant development resources are committed.
- Requirements review
- System architecture
- Component and technology research
- Preliminary power analysis
- Technical constraints and risk identification
- Recommended development approach
- Preliminary bill of materials where appropriate
Got something weird?
The best projects arrive as a half-formed idea and a constraint nobody has solved yet. If that is what you have, we want to hear it.
